At Bondi Beach International Clothing, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Shipping within Australia

We offer shipping across Australia.

Standard Shipping: $11 AUD

Estimated delivery times are generally 2–7 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bondi Beach International Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
